Why did you take the Body Age test?
Before I took the test I felt that I was in fairly good shape, but curious about what the result of the test would be. I actually thought the outcome would be much better than it was.

Where the results different in the two tests taken?
The result on the second test was 13 points lower than the first. In addition, there was a 7-lb weight loss reduction.

Were you surprised by the difference in Body Age between the two tests?
The first test result was 58 and the second was 45.

Did the information motivate you to change what you are doing?
I am trying to work out more and have made some dietary adjustments. Examples: eating more of and different types of vegetables, eating less bread, and cutting out soda

Do you feel the test is a valid measure of your current state of health?
The test is a good

Why did you take the Body Age test?
The trainer recommended it since I was finishing and returning back to a more vigorous workout routine.

Where the results different in the two tests taken?
The results were very different in the two tests I took. My body age, body size, and weight lowered, and my strength increased.

Were you surprised by the difference in Body Age between the two tests?
I was very surprised with the age outcome and the obtainable body age with the recommendations for improving my age.

Did the information motivate you to change what you are doing?
The results did motivate me to change a few more things. The recommendations are helpful to know what to work on. Example: Working on my cardio will improve my VO2max score helping to improve my Body Age.

Do you feel the test is a valid measure of your current state of health?
I do think the test is a valid measure of my current state of health. I was feeling better after 6 months and the results proved it. My clothes were getting too big and my measurements came down inches. I was feeling stronger and it showed on the strength tests. I will be anxious to see what the next 6 months brings! It is a great way to see the payoff for all of the hard work you put in.
